Luxury Rentals Coming Soon in Greenwich, Connecticut: 14 Copper Beech Road

There are very few places that top my list of best places to live… And Greenwich, CT will always be my #1. Sure, as a Greenwich native, I’m somewhat biased.

But, as a Greenwich realtor, I have the facts to back it up! Whenever I show my clients around town, I’ll always make sure to mention all of the perks and pros of living in Greenwich, from the steady real estate market to the best restaurants in town

Whether you’re interested in shopping and brunching or exploring the scenery, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Since 1840, our town has been considered a great escape from the fast-faced New York lifestyle. Now, imagine turning that into a more permanent escape.

So, what’s it like to live in Greenwich, Connecticut?

According to Niche, Greenwich is in the Top 10 places to live in Connecticut. With a population of over 63,000 people and counting, Greenwich is consistently growing in size, diversity, and culture. Even with a growing population, the town is driven by a close-knit community.

From the restaurants and scenery to the history and people, there are plenty of amazing things to discover in Greenwich.

Greenwich History

Even though I know this town like the back of my hand, I still find myself learning new things about its history. Since its establishment in 1630, our town has always been at the forefront of innovation, modernization, and culture.

For example, did you know that Oreos AND Barnum’s Animal Crackers were invented in Greenwich?!

In an effort to preserve Greenwich’s history, the town has local historic districts, six National Register districts, and more than 280 individually listed structures recognized by the Greenwich Historical Society’s Landmarks Program

When you live here, you certainly feel its history when you walk around town, especially on and around Greenwich Ave.

Dining and Shopping in Greenwich

Speaking of Greenwich Ave., some of my absolute favorite places in town are along this street! What was once a cow path down to the sea in the 1700s, Greenwich Ave. is the destination for dining, shopping, and socializing in town.

Walking through the Ave., you’ll find local boutiques and upscale shops – here are some of my favorites:

There are plenty of amazing Greenwich-based businesses that can cater to whatever your needs may be, whether it be for interior design services, party planning, or real estate (wink wink!)

And, for weeknight dinners or special occasions, Greenwich has an endless list of fantastic restaurants. I’d consider myself a local foodie – I even have an entire guide dedicated to the best restaurants in Greenwich.

Experience Greenwich’s Scenery

Across Connecticut, you can find gorgeous landscapes and scenic views, which is a huge selling point for potential home buyers. You have it all at your fingertips – spend the day exploring the Babcock Preserve, which is nearly 300 acres of walking and hiking trails, or Tod’s Point, which is my personal favorite beach around town.

I could go on and on about why I love Greenwich (see my neighborhood guide for proof), but I believe that it sells itself. After all, I’m not just a Greenwich native – I chose to raise my family here!

If you’re looking to make the switch to the perfect balance between city and town living, then you are in the right place. Stay tuned for more on 14 Copper Beech… Until then, check out my available listings in the Greenwich area!
